At Beauty Cosmeticslab, we are committed to delivering our advanced K-Beauty skincare directly to your door. Please review our shipping operations and policies below. By completing a purchase with us, you formally agree to these terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for priority dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is strictly separate from shipping and transit time.
2. Shipping Options & Carbon Offsetting 🍃
To support sustainability, we offer various shipping tiers at checkout (e.g., Standard, Priority, Express Green). Please note that premium tiers such as "Express Green Shipping (100% Carbon Neutral)" provide priority handling in our warehouse and fund carbon offset initiatives for your delivery. These options expedite your order's dispatch but do not bypass the standard international transit times.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We work with global fulfilment partners to offer you the best products at the most competitive prices. Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes between 5 to 15 business days.
4. Unexpected Delays & Chargeback Policy (Strict Liability)
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, please be explicitly aware that shipping times are estimates and not absolute guarantees. Your order may occasionally experience delays due to factors outside of our direct control. By purchasing from Beauty Cosmeticslab, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Global Logistical & Customs Holds: International shipments may be subject to unpredictable courier backlogs, postal strikes, or mandatory customs inspections. In exceptional circumstances, these external factors can extend the delivery window up to 30-40 days.

Stock Shortages: If an item goes out of stock unexpectedly after your order is placed, it may take additional days to source and ship the clinical-grade product.

Dispute and Chargeback Waiver: Because transit operations are managed by third-party logistics providers once the package leaves our facility, delays in transit do not constitute a breach of contract, nor do they qualify as grounds for an order cancellation, immediate refund, or a financial chargeback. Filing a chargeback for an item that is still actively in transit and tracking towards your destination will be considered fraudulent, and this policy will be submitted to your bank as proof of your agreement to these terms at checkout.
If your order experiences a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed. We kindly ask for your patience as our logistics partners work to deliver your package safely.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's international system. You can track your order at any time directly on our website.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If you added our "Shipping Protection" to your cart before checkout, your order is fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been officially deemed lost in transit by the courier (beyond the extended 40-day window), please contact us immediately so we can issue a prompt replacement.
If standard checkout was completed without Shipping Protection, please contact the courier directly for assistance, though our support team at support@beautycosmeticslab.com will always do their best to help you locate your package.
